For those of you who are daring enough to try something new

Moroccan Dinner: Menu and Schedule of Events

It was a great success !!!

 

You will sit on rugs and pillows, on the floor.

You may choose chair seating when you buy your ticket.

A silver ewer of perfumed water is taken around and poured over three fingers of the right hand of each guest.  

A towel will be provided to cover your lap.

The host claps his hands and the meal begins.

The meal is a feast for the gods and indeed it begins and ends with Bsmillah--God's blessing.

Enjoy the belly dancers throughout your meal.

One course after another- each delicacy is served until Chban- complete satiation- is achieved.

 

                 Moroccan Mint tea

                 Moroccan Spiced Red Lentil Soup

                 Moroccan Couscous

                 Moroccan Carrot Salad

                 Batinjaan Zalud  (Eggplant Salad)

                 Lebanese Meat loaf

                 B'stilla (shredded chicken pie)

                 Vegetarian main dish

                 Moroccan Coconut Cakes

                 Persian Pastries

                 Apricot and Cherry Bread Pudding

Belly Dancers will entertain us for the evening.

Choose between floor seating and chair seating when you purchase your ticket.

Eat with your fingers(We will provide utensils for those who would like them)
